Setup onleedesk

At first connexion setup onleedesk. Provide a name and activate the application.

Share mailbox

Share mailbox with your colleagues. Enter the email and define if he will be able to reply as the mailbox.

For paid users you can select to share a label only, designed to work for automatic label used in filter rules.

And voilà

That's all, now all emails received in the mailbox will be duplicated to the collaborators inbox in the label of the Shared mailbox name.

First onleedesk users, why onleedesk change ?

When we launched onleedesk we initially built it as a collaborative solution for Google Groups.

We trully believe it was a good solution but the market in Gmail is more for Shared mailbox that Google Groups. Usage of onleedesk was not so high, all the collaborative task was performed in the add-on and this was not reponding to all users expectation. That is why we decided to switch in order to bring Gmail™ account capability to ease shared mailbox for users.

How to install onleedesk ?

  1. onleedesk needs to be installed first by the administrator of your Google Workspace domain. Contact him and provide the link to onleedesk on marketplace below.

  2. Go to Google Workspace marketplace : https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/onleedesk/972031198341

  3. Once install it will appear on your Gmail sidebar

For the launch the pricing is really simple.

Free : you can share Gmail mailbox with one account.

Paid : you can share Gmail account with 5collaborators and you can use label sharing.
